Signs and symptoms of BPD
Some of the following symptoms could be present in patients or clients you see. Here is what to look for:

- Light headedness
- Poor concentration
- Feelings of unreality
- Panic attacks
- Feeling anxious or uptight
- Chest pain/tightness
- Palpitations
- Tired all the time
- Shortness of breath which is out of proportion to level of exertion or severity of respiratory illness
- Air hunger (inability to take a deep or satisfying enough breath in
- Excess wind
- Bloated feeling in stomach
- Pins and needles in hands, arms, toes or around mouth
- Tremors, cramps, muscle weakness
- Muscular aches and tension in neck, shoulders, jaw
