Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

Psychologists have developed an evidence-based talking treatment called CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), which is one way to understand how our minds may make sense of new potential dangers or threats in the modern world. CBT explores the link between the environment we live in, our physical responses, thoughts, feelings and actions.
